DESCRIPTION:Make Thanksgiving a little easier on yourself and bake up some much-needed funds for La Ballona by purchasing your Thanksgiving dessert from Manana Coffee! \n\n\n\nManana Coffee is a locally-owned coffee shop\, and this year\, the staff has decided that sales of all of their Thanksgiving pies will benefit Culver City schools. This is why we LOVE our community! \n\n\n\nManana Coffee is generously donating 100% of the proceeds from the sale of their pies to La Ballona Elementary from orders placed between November 8 to November 22. Choose from bourbon pecan ($38)\, heirloom pumpkin ($35)\, apple lattice ($35) and cherry lattice ($35). \n\n\n\nRemember\, pies must be ordered no later than Tuesday\, November 22 for pick up 11/24-11/25! \n\n\n\nTo participate: \n\n\n\n\nOrder your pie(s) in person at Manana Coffee starting November 1. DESCRIPTION:Join us from 9am – 12pm for the annual La Ballona Beach Clean Up Day! Check in will be at the Santa Monica South Beach Playground. We will have a table set up outside the entrance of the playground. Stop in to get your trash bag and gloves. Everyone who attends will be entered in a raffle for a fun prizes. Additional raffle tickets awarded for every trash bag filled by families. Looking forward to seeing you at this great event! Let’s do our part to keep our coastline beautiful! Bring the whole family to fill a bag and then stay afterwards to play at the beach with your fellow lions.  \n\n\n\nÚnase a nosotros en la playa de 9am a 12pm para el día anual de limpieza de la playa de La Ballona!
